Sales Consultant

Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant Job Description:

Are you an accomplished automotive sales consultant with great follow up skills, a positive attitude, a knack for building relationships and have great techniques for finding new leads? Then we are looking for you!

The Automotive Sales consultant will work with our customers and assist them with inquiries and purchases. They will possess excellent follow-up skills, effectively build relationships and follow processes. The ideal candidate will be friendly, have a go-getter attitude and be able to work independently as well as a team player. This position is base + commission position.

Qualifications

·         2 Years of previous sales experience

·         Ford/Lincoln Experience Preferred, but we will train the right candidate

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Valid Drivers License

·         Excellent Communication Skills

·         Generate new business

·         Excellent Follow-Up Skills

·         Educating customers on products and incentive programs.

·         Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

·         Proven closing and follow through

·         Basic Computer, CRM, Internet Skills

·         Attend all training and Sales Meeting

·         Motivated to gain continuous knowledge of automotive inventory and technology

Experienced Automotive Technician/Journeyman

Highland Park Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time experienced Automotive Service Technician, who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, to join our team.

Experienced Automotive Technician/Journeyman:
•    Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
•    Diagnoses cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
•    Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
•    Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
•    Ensures that customer's cars are kept clean.

Qualifications and Experience:
•    Must have 2 years Previous Level A Automotive Technician Experience
•    Preferably Ford Certified
•    Must have tools
•    Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical test
